'Repentance' is the first studio recording of the blackened doom metal band BLEAK REVELATION since their debut album 'Afflictive Seclusion' (2015).

The 13 minute song is not unfamiliar to the ones who attended the band's shows in the last two years, but now the metal fans can hear it the way it was always supposed to sound - melodic yet heavy, raw and crushing at the same time.

Slowing down its flow
Crystalized...
Horror
Darkness takes all over
Apathy...
Anger
Bitter tears cannot drown
My dismay

As I'm walking the endless path
Cryptic pictures still haunt me
Distant shadows are moving fast
Quietly from dusk until dawn
Don't even try to stand by my side
This battle is lost and so am I
These wings of misery will purify
Our debts are still to be paid...

And yet again the sun will rise from the skies
And melt the ice
The only frozen piece remaining
Is this restless blackened heart

As the guilt tightens its grip
Filled by remorse, fear and shame
Nothing can wash this pain away

Anticipating the moment of absolution
Suddenly the flock of fears lets me go
Total release for which I've been waiting

This cursed soil is trembling under me
